The Division of Licensing Programs (DOLP) ensures that licensed adult care facilities comply with background check requirements as defined in the regulation "Regulation for Background Checks for Assisted Living Facilities and Adult Day Centers" and the قانون فيرجينيا.
Adult day centers (ADC) and assisted living facilities (ALF) are programs required to undergo comprehensive background checks at initial application for licensure or approval and thereafter, as required.
