Use the steps below to complete a course survey.

Step 1: Open your transcript

• Go to your Transcript.

Step 2: Select the course

• Click on the eLearning course.

Step 3: Take the survey

• Click Take Survey at the top of the page, or
• Select the survey from the list next to the course description (See screen capture below)

Completing surveys helps improve training and ensures your feedback is heard.
