القرار

يجب على ضابط السمع:

• اتخذ قرارًا بناءً على أدلة واضحة ومقنعة
• اشرح القرار باستخدام الحقائق واللوائح والسياسات المطبقة
• اكتب تقريرًا يتضمن:
• What was found
• What was decided
• Why the decision was made
• Any recommendations

يجب أن يكون القرار أيضًا:

• Say why the person was found guilty or not
• ضع قائمة بالأدلة والقواعد المستخدمة
• Respond to any strong arguments made by the person or their representative

Getting the Decision

سوف يقوم مسؤول السمع بما يلي:

• Send the decision in writing
• Tell the person they can appeal the decision in circuit court

If the person is found guilty, the letter will say they will be disqualified from getting benefits.

If the person is found not guilty, the person may still have to pay back the extra benefits that they received.

Can the Decision Be Changed?

• لا يوجد استئناف آخر من خلال الوكالة بعد جلسة الاستماع.
• The decision cannot be changed by another agency hearing.
